On this bright and sunny day, LUSEN has reached a significant milestone – delivering a specially customized batch of PIR (Polyisocyanurate) sandwich panels to a leading pharmaceutical plant. This delivery not only embodies our commitment to high-quality products but also marks a solid step forward in supporting the construction of cleanrooms within the pharmaceutical industry.

Pursue excellence and ensure cleanliness standards

In this project, from the initial bidding design phase, LUSEN has been closely collaborating with the pharmaceutical client to find the most suitable solution for the cleanroom partition. Facing the stringent environmental control requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, we are well aware of the significant responsibility we bear. Therefore, during the design process, both teams have engaged in multiple rounds of in-depth communication and technical discussions.

After several adjustments and optimizations of the plan—sometimes even completely discarding the original ideas—we finally reached a consensus and chose a composite panel with high-quality Baosteel steel plates on both sides and PIR (Polyisocyanurate) core material in the middle as the material for the cleanroom partition. This decision is not only based on its outstanding physical properties, such as high strength, excellent fire resistance, and efficient insulation, but also because it can fully meet the pharmaceutical industry’s stringent requirements for cleanliness standards, ensuring a sterile and stable production environment.

Each panel is meticulously designed with a length of 5960mm and a thickness of 50mm, perfectly tailored to meet the height and strength requirements for space partitioning.

Utilizing double-layer composite steel plates from Baosteel as the outer layer ensures exceptional durability and stability. The material also provides outstanding fire-resistant performance, ensuring safety during use.

These panels are destined for use in the pharmaceutical plant’s cleanroom, where their excellent thermal insulation properties help maintain a constant temperature and humidity environment, crucial for quality control during drug manufacturing processes.

Importance of Cleanrooms

In the pharmaceutical sector, cleanrooms play a pivotal role in guaranteeing the quality and safety of medicines. They must remain highly clean, dust-free, and have stable temperatures and humidity levels to prevent external pollutants from affecting the production of drugs. Our PIR sandwich panels, with their superior physical characteristics, offer an ideal choice for partitions in such specialized environments.

Shipping Preparations

To ensure that this shipment arrives at its destination without issue, our team has meticulously planned every detail. From the packaging of the panels to the selection of transportation methods, we adhere to the highest standards, ensuring that the materials will not be damaged during transit. It is anticipated that this cargo will reach the pharmaceutical plant site within 10 days and will promptly be put into use for the project.
